The hourly rate listed reflects the post-probationary rate. All new hires begin at a probationary rate for the first 90 days. After this period, a performance review is conducted, and qualifying team members move to the standard rate based on performance and contribution.

Front Desk Duties
- Warmly greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional, friendly manner
- Answer incoming calls, manage appointment scheduling, and oversee front desk operations
- Verify and collect client information at check-in
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Process payments and manage basic administrative tasks
- Communicate with the team to ensure smooth daily scheduling
- Deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to a seamless, elevated client experience
Preferred Experience & Skills
- Prior experience in a spa or similar front desk/customer-facing role is preferred
- Familiarity with retail and a focus on delivering client satisfaction
- Comfortable using phone systems, scheduling software, and general office equipment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of office management and basic administrative procedures
