Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources to join our team at Serenity Estates of Freeport. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective human resources programs and policies to support our organization's mission and goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment

• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing HR team to support the organization's goals and objectives

• Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration

• Analyze and interpret HR data to inform strategic decision-making and improve HR processes and programs

• Foster strong relationships with employees, management, and external partners to promote a culture of open communication and collaboration

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to human resources

• Collaborate with other departments to drive business results and achieve organizational goals

• Process bi-weekly payroll

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Long-term healthcare experience

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects

• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
