Position Summary

We’re seeking a highly motivated professional who can wear both Project Manager and Business Analyst hats to join our U.S. team in Lehi, Utah. In this hybrid role, you’ll serve as the primary liaison between Sequifi’s U.S.-based customers and our Product Engineering & Technical Support teams in India—ensuring that projects run smoothly and business requirements are clearly defined and met. You will be equally at home managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables as you are gathering requirements, analyzing workflows, and turning customer needs into actionable product enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for Sequifi customers, ensuring a responsive, positive, and transparent client experience.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders at client organizations.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa, ensuring mutual understanding between customers and internal teams.

Project Management

• Plan, track, and manage customer-reported issues, feature requests, and implementation projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with global cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables meet quality, scope, and timeline requirements.
• Facilitate regular project status meetings and reporting for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.

Business Analysis

• Work with customers to elicit, document, and validate business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure requirements are actionable, testable, and aligned with product strategy.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements, both internally and for customer workflows.
• Assist in defining acceptance criteria and participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure solutions meet expectations.

Communication & Coordination

• Bridge the time zone gap between U.S. customers and India-based teams by ensuring 24-hour communication continuity.
• Provide clear, concise, and proactive updates to all stakeholders.
• Document project deliverables, requirements, and key decisions.

Process Improvement

• Identify and recommend improvements to project workflows, requirements gathering, and internal communication processes.
• Define and track KPIs related to customer satisfaction, delivery timelines, and product adoption.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 4–7 years of combined experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role in a software product environment.
• Strong ability to gather, analyze, and document requirements for software products.
• Proven experience managing projects with distributed, cross-border teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Customer-first mindset with problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred

• Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or technical product domains.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Project Management or BA certifications (PMP, CSM, CBAP, etc.) are a plus.

Location & Work Environment

• Based out of Lehi, Utah.
• Flexibility in working hours to coordinate with global teams (early mornings or late evenings as needed).
