What You’ll Be Doing:
3–5 years property management or commercial vendor-side sales experience (B2B) OR 3-5 years’ experience working for a commercial/retail property management company in the leasing or property management.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and execute commercial sales strategies to drive sales growth within Southern California and surrounding areas.
- Identify and cultivate new retail, property management and commercial accounts.
- Serve as initial and primary liaison for customers during the sales and installation process.
- Provide consultative guidance on the SentriForce video surveillance solutions.
- Partner effectively with our internal Project Management and Operations teams.
3–5 years property management or commercial vendor-side sales experience (B2B) OR 3-5 years’ experience working for a commercial/retail property management company in the leasing or property management.
- Strong communication and accountbased selling skills.
- Ability to operate in a Hybrid/Remote capacity, requiring travel within your assigned territory.
- Must reside within Southern California or surrounding area.
- Competitive salary Uncapped CommissionOTE from $125K to $150K
