What You’ll Do:

• Generate and qualify new business opportunities across LA, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino & Ventura counties
• Build lasting relationships with key decision-makers to expand our commercial cleaning footprint
• Own your sales pipeline and territory plan, using HubSpot CRM to track progress
• Represent iNX at industry events and client meetings
• Work remotely with a supportive internal team handling proposals and deal closing

Who You Are:

• 2 years outside B2B sales experience, ideally in facility services or similar industries
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
• Established Southern California business network and consultative sales skills
• Self-starter with excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Comfortable traveling up to 75% across your territory
