Job Summary
Siding Installer
Pay: $23.88 – $28.75 per hour Job Type: Full-Time Work Location: In Person
Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Siding Installer to join our construction team. This role includes residential and light commercial projects such as new construction, remodeling, and exterior renovations.
The ideal candidate has hands-on siding experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship and jobsite safety. Experience in decking installation is a plus. Job is located in Donalsonville / GA.
Responsibilities
- Install siding materials including vinyl, stone veneer, fiber cement, LP , wood, composite, and metal siding/panel systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer installation guidelines
- Prepare exterior surfaces by measuring, cutting, flashing, and weatherproofing as required
- Install house wrap, flashing, trim, soffit, fascia, and related exterior components
- Operate hand and power tools such as saws, nail guns, drills, levels, and measuring equipment
- Ensure proper alignment, fastening, and finishing of siding systems
- Maintain a clean and safe jobsite in compliance with safety standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet project timelines
Qualifications
- Proven experience installing siding, including metal panel siding
- Familiarity with vinyl, fiber cement, engineered wood, and metal siding systems
- Ability to read blueprints and follow manufacturer specifications
- Proficiency with exterior construction hand and power tools
- Knowledge of jobsite safety practices and fall protection
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift materials and work at heights
