Sentri Homes is seeking an experienced roofing subcontractor or small roofing crew for a detached garage roof replacement. You supply the labor, tools, equipment, and installation.
Scope of Work
- Tear off and dispose of the existing three-tab asphalt shingle roof.
- Inspect the roof deck and replace approximately 2 sheets of 7/16" OSB where damaged.
- Install ice & water shield.
- Install synthetic roofing underlayment.
- Install new metal drip edge.
- Install starter shingles.
- Install approximately 332 sq. ft. of new three-tab asphalt shingles.
- Install matching ridge cap.
- Replace flashing and pipe boots as needed.
- Perform final cleanup, including a magnetic nail sweep.
Requirements
- Experience installing asphalt shingle roofing.
- Ability to complete work according to manufacturer specifications and local building codes.
- Maintain a clean and safe jobsite.
Materials Provided
Pay: $1,500.00 per day
