Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials within the Service Distribution Center.
- Coordinate the movement of materials between departments to meet production schedules and shipping deadlines.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using manual and computerized systems, ensuring real-time updates.
- Requisition materials and establish delivery sequences based on job order priorities and material availability.
- Operate material handling equipment (MHE) such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and mobile scanners to support warehouse operations.
- Compile and analyze reports on stock levels, material discrepancies, and production records.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to address logistical challenges and optimize workflows.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures in all material handling activities.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in logistics or material handling preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in material coordination, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and tools.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment (MHE) safely and efficiently.
