The Cashier is responsible for processing customer transactions, managing phone and takeout orders, and delivering excellent customer service. This role requires accuracy in cash handling, maintaining an organized and clean work area, and supporting overall restaurant operations while adhering to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with inquiries.
- Offer clear information about menu items, services, promotions, and special offers.
- Accurately process transactions using cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer, perform cash counts, and complete daily reports.
- Ensure the checkout area remains clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Monitor and manage delivery platform tablets (Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub) to ensure proper functionality.
- Follow all opening and closing procedures, including completing assigned side work.
- Comply with company policies regarding cash handling, safety, and security.
- Avoid entering kitchen areas or using kitchen equipment, especially fryers.
- Support dining room operations during peak hours (e.g., delivering food or clearing tables), qualifying for a 5% tip share from the shift pool when applicable.
