Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a positive first impression
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Clear tables promptly and bus dining areas to uphold cleanliness and orderliness
- Assist with food preparation, plating, and presentation in accordance with safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining, and service areas through regular cleaning and sanitation
- Handle customer inquiries professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Support catering events and special functions by coordinating service efforts and ensuring timely delivery
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality preferred but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, bussing, and food handling safety protocols
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Willingness to learn kitchen procedures, serving techniques, and customer service best practices
- Experience in catering or hotel settings is a plus but not essential
- Must be reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic about providing excellent guest experiences
