Job Summary:
The Busser is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of the dining area. This role supports the service team by ensuring tables are promptly cleared, cleaned, and reset, contributing directly to a positive guest experience and smooth restaurant operations.

Responsibilities:
- Clear and clean tables quickly and efficiently after guests leave.
- Remove dishes, glassware, utensils, and trash from tables.
- Reset tables according to restaurant standards.
- Restock service stations with utensils, napkins, sauces, and other supplies.
- Maintain the dining area clean and organized at all times.
- Assist servers and runners as needed to ensure smooth service flow.
- Support basic cleaning duties (floors, surfaces, service areas).
- Help manage table turnover to optimize seating availability.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
- Follow company policies on cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.
- Report any issues or needs to the Personnel Manager.
