Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Shipping Laborer to join our team at our Redmond, OR facility. This is a hands-on role that plays a key part in ensuring accurate and timely shipments of our products.

Responsibilities

• Assemble orders and verify accuracy against shipping/work orders.
• Identify shortages and follow up to locate missing items or incomplete orders.
• Determine appropriate packaging methods: boxing, crating, skidding, etc.
• Safely operate a forklift to move materials to and from work or storage areas.
• Pack a variety of moderate to heavy parts or products in standard containers.
• Ensure all components, kits, and additional items are included per packing list or instructions.
• While loading trucks, use protective materials and proper blocking to prevent product shifting or damage in transit.
• Build pallets or crates using electric, air-powered, or hand tools as required.
  
  

Requirements

• A concern for safety and quality control is a requirement.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift 75-150 lbs. on a regular basis - with use of assistive devices.
• Must be able to handle being on your feet for 9 hours per day.
