- Setup and operate computer programmable/controlled punch machine to perform machining operations on a variety of parts involving multiple stamping or cutting operations.
- Requires a general knowledge of machining techniques and methods, familiarity with numerical control machine operating procedures.
- May download proper operating program and make minor adjustments to maintain product specifications.
- Regularly check product to specifications. Usually seeks assistance for resolving difficult operating problems.
- Must keep area clean and carts from blocking aisles.
- May perform minor maintenance procedures. Coordinates orders on carts by ship date.
- A concern for quality control is a requirement. Must be able to work in a fast pace environment.
- High school or equivalent (Required)
