Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)
Rate: $20-22 per hour Bonus, Gas Cards & Incentives
** Live-In Rate: Per day/varies amongst cases. **
Responsibilities
· Travel to the client’s home, read and interpret the care plan, and provide direct care as specified by the written plan of care.
· Perform homemaking, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and other support services.
· Observe the client's condition, behavior, appearance, and hygiene needs, living arrangements, and home environment while in the home and report and document changes or problems to the appropriate staff member.
· Write or otherwise electronically document visits, which include time and attendance, reports that accurately record the time and care provided in the home.
· Maintain dependable attendance, be regularly available for assignments, and be timely for scheduled visits.
Qualifications
· Current NJ Board of Nursing certificate (CHHA).
· High school diploma or GED.
· Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the service area.
· Have the physical ability to perform the duties and essential functions of the job.
· Good communication and a positive attitude.
· Honest, dependable, and have the ability to maintain confidentiality.
