The Receptionist Will:
Front Desk Operations: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and caregivers in a warm and professional manner. Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate appointments for clients and caregivers. Ensure accurate scheduling and maintain a well-organized calendar.
Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client information, schedules, and other relevant documentation. Assist in the preparation of reports as needed.
Communication Liaison: Act as a liaison between clients, caregivers, and administrative staff. Communicate important information promptly and efficiently.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors. Address inquiries and concerns in a courteous and timely manner.
Office Support: Assist with general office tasks, such as filing, copying, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
On Call: Be On Call as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
