In this role, you’ll be at the center of staffing for our care team—building schedules, managing call-offs and coverage, communicating with associates, and partnering with leaders to ensure every shift has the support needed to provide exceptional care.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain care team schedules
- Coordinate call-offs, open shifts, shift changes, and replacement coverage
- Communicate with associates and leaders about staffing needs
- Track attendance, availability, time-off requests, and schedule changes
- Help monitor overtime, agency use, and staffing trends
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and new-hire scheduling
- Participate in the on-call rotation for scheduling needs
- Step in as a Care Partner when needed to support our residents and team
- Previous Care Partner/Aide experience in senior living is required
- Experience supporting residents living with dementia is strongly preferred
- CNA certification is preferred, but not required
- You’re highly organized and able to pivot when staffing needs change
- You communicate with professionalism, compassion, and confidence
- You take ownership, follow through, and are a natural problem-solver
- You’re comfortable with technology and scheduling systems
- Most importantly, you care about seniors and understand what it takes to support a great care team
