We’re looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician who values teamwork, enjoys serving those in their retirement years, and is passionate about making a difference.
What We're Looking For
- Someone who is comfortable working in a Senior Living Residential Setting.
- HVAC knowledge not required but a plus
- At least 5 years of professional maintenance experience, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve others.
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our community's physical spaces and ensuring a comfortable environment for our residents. Your duties will include:
- Keeping the interior and exterior of the community in top condition.
- Timely completion of work orders to address resident needs.
- Preparing apartments for new residents, ensuring move-in readiness.
- Regularly inspecting and maintaining AC filters, Pull Cords, Smoke Alarms, and grounds.
- Assisting residents promptly with maintenance needs.
- Executing weekly, monthly, and quarterly maintenance tasks.
