In this role, you'll bring our community to life through innovative programs, meaningful relationships, and memorable events that promote purpose, wellness, and connection.
What You'll Do
- Create engaging programs that enrich the lives of Assisted Living residents.
- Lead Senior Star Signature Programs while bringing fresh, creative ideas to the community.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and families, including those living with dementia.
- Plan special events, wellness activities, holiday celebrations, and outings.
- Coordinate monthly calendars, newsletters, transportation, and volunteer opportunities.
- Partner with community leaders to support resident engagement and community events.
- Capture memorable moments through photos and social media.
- At least 2 years of experience in a senior living community.
- Experience working with individuals living with dementia is required.
- Creativity, energy, and a passion for enriching the lives of older adults.
- Strong communication, organization, and technology skills.
- Dementia care certifications (Best Friends, Teepa Snow, Dementia Capable Care, OMA, or similar) are preferred.
