The Branch Manager is responsible for
- Conducting in-home client assessments and supervisory visits
- Coaching and holding caregivers accountable to performance standards
- Addressing client concerns and resolving service issues professionally
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and state regulations
- Supporting intake and service starts
- Building relationships with referral partners and community organizations
- Contributing to branch growth and client census
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of experience in home care, healthcare operations, assisted living, or community-based services
- Experience supervising, coaching, or conducting quality visits with staff
- Experience handling client or family concerns
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Professional presence in client homes and healthcare settings
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel locally (up to 50 miles)
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
- Experience in non-medical home care
- Experience with care management systems
- Community outreach or referral relationship experience
- Not a retail management position
- Not a desk-based administrative role
- Not a bedside-only caregiving role
