LPN home health ABQ

Always Best Care is looking for part time LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSES who have the passion and heart for total patient care in the comfort of their client's own home. As an LPN, you work to assess the patient needs and work with RN case manager and our Director of Nursing to ensure commitment to quality patient care while also prepared to travel and have open availability to patients as needed. We are seeking candidates to add to our energetic team and we will negotiate competitive pay and we pay a per visit rate.

We give our staff the freedom to build their schedules and your case load is entirely up to you. Typically visits are between 45 to 60 minutes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist RN in implementing treatment plans for patients.
  
  
  

To be qualified for Home Health care, you must hold the following credentials:

• Active LPN License in the state of practice
• Valid Driver License
• Valid Auto Insurance
• CPR or BLS Certification
• Valid TB Test (Skin test within the last year or x-ray within the last five years)
