Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Oversee the construction department from start to finish
- Manage project timelines, schedules, and daily field operations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
- Ensure work aligns with approved scope, estimates, and members expectations
Team & Vendor Management
- Grow our technician network by hiring
- Supervise safety technicians and subcontractors
- Ensure subcontractors meet Senior Proof standards, licensing, and insurance requirements
- Provide on-site guidance and problem-solving support
Materials & Permitting
- Order project materials and ensure timely delivery to job sites
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to manage availability and costs
- Obtain and manage required permits with city and local jurisdictions
- Ensure projects comply with permitting requirements and inspection timelines
Quality Control & Compliance
- Ensure all work meets local codes, and company standards
- Identify and resolve construction issues proactively
- Complete final walkthroughs and punch lists
Communication & Coordination
- Collaborate with Operations and Sales to execute projects smoothly
- Serve as a point of contact for internal teams regarding construction progress
- Communicate clearly and professionally with members, caregivers, vendors, and inspectors
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate project documentation, photos, and updates in CRM
- Track change orders, delays, material needs, and permit status
- Report project status, risks, and issues to leadership
Cross-Functional Support
- Assist with operational tasks and special projects as needed
- Provide support to other departments to ensure overall project and company success
Qualifications
Required
- 3 years of construction or remodeling management experience
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and sequencing
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
- Experience with accessibility modifications, aging-in-place, or healthcare-related construction
- Experience supervising technicians or subcontractors
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
