Role Summary
As an Entry-Level Care Team Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for seniors, caregivers, and healthcare professionals looking for fall prevention and home safety solutions. You’ll help guide families through the aging journey, no cold calling required.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound B2C and referral-based leads
- Educate customers on our services and safety packages
- Schedule in-home safety evaluations and follow up post-visit
- Assist in preparing estimates and closing warm leads
- Collaborate with our occupational therapists, technicians, and care coordinators
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Qualifications
- Passion for helping others, especially the senior community
- 1 years of sales or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with phone, Zoom, and text-based communication
- Tech-savvy , able to learn and navigate CRMs, scheduling tools, etc.
- Coachable, dependable, and life-long learner.
