Senior Living Hospitality Group is seeking a friendly, compassionate, and dependable Dietary Aide to join our Assisted Living Dining Services team!
Position: Dietary Aide – Assisted Living

We are looking for a dedicated individual who enjoys working with seniors and is passionate about providing excellent dining service while creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with preparing, serving, and delivering meals to residents.
• Set up dining areas before meals and clean and sanitize tables and equipment after service.
• Ensure meals are served according to residents' dietary needs and preferences.
• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to residents.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with the Dining Services team to ensure a positive dining experience.

Requirements:

• Previous dietary aide, food service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience working in assisted living, senior living, or healthcare settings is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, patient, compassionate, and dependable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to follow instructions and accommodate residents' dietary needs.

Salary : $36,274 - $41,440
