Maintenance Technician - Sunday - Thursday 11p-7a
Job Summary: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance to ensure the facility is safe, functional, and in compliance with regulations. This role involves troubleshooting and repairing equipment, systems, and structures while maintaining a clean and hazard-free environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Respond promptly to work orders and repair requests.
• Inspect and maintain facility grounds, buildings, and equipment.
• Ensure safety compliance by addressing hazards and conducting routine checks.
• Assist in emergency repairs and disaster preparedness procedures.
• Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and replacement parts.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors for major repairs or installations.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols in all maintenance activities.

Qualification & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred.
• 2 years of maintenance experience in a healthcare, residential, or commercial setting.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills. Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
• Work in indoor and outdoor environments with exposure to extreme temperatures, dust, and noise.
• Requires lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, bending, and climbing ladders.
• May involve on-call duties and emergency response situations

Salary : $45,494 - $60,791
