Job Responsibilities
As a caregiver, you will provide personalized support to our loving seniors and to individuals who need assistance maintaining comfort, safety, and independence at home.
ADL Assistance
Bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene
Dressing and toileting assistance
Mobility and transfer support
Feeding assistance when needed
Incontinence care
Companionship and emotional support
iADL Assistance
Meal preparation and light housekeeping
Medication reminders
Grocery shopping and errands
Laundry and linen changes
Transportation to appointments or activities
Organizing daily routines and ensuring client safety
Available Shifts
We offer flexible part-time and full-time schedules, including:
Day Shifts
As a caregiver, you will:
Provide companionship, conversation, activities, and engagement
Safely operate assistive devices such as Hoyer lifts, gait belts, transfer boards, and wheelchairs
Pay & Benefits
$18-$25 per hour, paid biweekly via direct deposit
5 sick days holiday pay

Caregiver Requirements
Compassionate, patient, and passionate about helping seniors
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
Prior caregiving experience (professional or personal) is a plus but not required
Physically able to assist with transfers and mobility
Strong communication and documentation skills (writing and in-app)
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
CNA, HHA, Or Similar Certifications Preferred (not Required)
Willing to work flexible shifts, including some weekends
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or GED required
