Senior Helpers is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support daily office operations and help ensure smooth coordination between caregivers, clients, and leadership. What You’ll Do
- Provide daily administrative and operational support to office staff and leadership
- Maintain accurate client and caregiver records and ensure documentation is complete and up to date
- Assist with scheduling, onboarding, and internal communication
- Enter and manage data in company systems and support reporting tasks
- Assist with payroll, billing, and general office support as needed
- Help maintain compliance, confidentiality, and organized workflows
- Support office supplies, training materials, and internal coordination
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
- Dependable, proactive, and team-oriented
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, HR, or related field is preferred
- Experience in office administration, healthcare, staffing, or operations
- Familiarity with WellSky or similar systems a plus
