Overview:
Senior Care Solutions is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Healthcare Recruiter to support our growing private duty and home care division. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier caregivers including HHAs, CNAs, and other clinical professionals. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and is passionate about building strong teams that deliver exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, recruit, and hire qualified candidates for roles including HHAs, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Post and manage job ads across multiple platforms (Indeed, job boards, social media, etc.)
- Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
- Track and report recruitment activity and hiring metrics
- Assist with onboarding, credentialing, and compliance requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with local schools, programs, and community organizations
- 1 years of recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting HHAs, CNAs, or home health professionals is a plus
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards
- High attention to detail and follow-through
