Position Overview
Senior Care Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Nurse with coding certification to support clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and accurate documentation within our growing home health organization.
This role is responsible for reviewing clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with Medicare and ACHC/CHAP standards, and supporting coding accuracy for OASIS and home health claims.
Qualifications:Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida (required)
- Certified Coding Specialist (HCS-D, COS-C, or equivalent) (required)
- Minimum 2 years of home health experience
- Strong knowledge of:
- OASIS (E and/or current version)
- Medicare home health regulations
- ICD-10 coding
- Experience with EMR systems (e.g., WellSky/Kinnser preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Schedule & Expectations
- Full-time position
- Monday–Friday schedule (flexibility based on operational needs)
- Must be able to manage volume and meet QA turnaround timelines
