Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our Business Development team in Broward County. This role is ideal for a results-oriented healthcare sales professional with a proven Medicare book of business in the region.
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new patient admissions by cultivating and managing relationships with key referral sources, including physicians, hospital discharge planners, skilled nursing facilities, and case managers. Your primary goal will be to increase awareness of our services and grow our market share within your territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage strong relationships with referral sources including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehab centers, case managers, and physicians.
Leverage your existing Medicare book of business to drive referrals and increase patient admissions.
Educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and eligibility criteria of our Medicare-certified home health services.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual referral and admission goals.
Represent Senior Care Solutions at in-services, networking events, and community outreach initiatives.
Work closely with the clinical and intake teams to ensure smooth coordination and continuity of care for new patients.
Stay informed on industry trends, CMS guidelines, and regulatory updates impacting home health.
Utilize CRM tools to track referral activity, manage accounts, and report sales progress.
2 years of healthcare sales or business development experience.
Established Medicare referral relationships in Broward County is required.
Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
