Required Qualifications
Extensive experience as a Senior IT Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Agile Delivery Lead, or comparable enterprise technology delivery leader.
Experience managing enterprise Pega application development or enhancement initiatives.
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, SAFe, SDLC, and DevOps methodologies and delivery practices.
Advanced Scrum Master capabilities with experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving team accountability.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps for project tracking, backlog management, tasks, defects, reporting, and delivery governance.
Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring cross-functional IT project teams.
Experience developing and managing comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery metrics.
Demonstrated ability to develop detailed business requirements documents and user stories.
Experience partnering with Product Owners and business stakeholders to translate requirements into executable delivery plans.
