Required Skills
- Extensive experience managing and administering ServiceNow, including configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on development expertise with custom workflows, scripts, and system integrations within ServiceNow.
- Deep understanding of ITIL frameworks and ITSM best practices.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, with working knowledge of SQL, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform root cause analysis.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and user support.
- Familiarity with IT security policies and cybersecurity principles in a government setting.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies using tools like Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Prior support experience for government agencies or federal contracts.
- Knowledge of automated processes and workflows in other enterprise systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years in IT support, system administration, or a similar field.
- At least 3 years of ServiceNow ITSM experience in a development or consulting role.
- Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, and ITIL Foundation Certification.
