- Lead the negotiation, drafting, review, execution, and administration of commercial contracts for goods and services.
- Manage contracts involving:
- IT Professional Services
- Software Licensing

- Develop acquisition strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Partner with internal business stakeholders to define contract requirements, milestones, deliverables, and procurement strategies.
- Analyze vendor proposals, pricing models, and cost structures to determine reasonableness and maximize value.
- Lead negotiations involving pricing, legal terms, service levels, deliverables, renewals, amendments, and contract modifications.
- Collaborate with procurement, legal, finance, and business teams to identify contractual risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Interpret contract provisions and provide guidance to internal stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Support vendor relationship management by resolving contractual issues and ensuring compliance with negotiated terms.
- Manage contract closeout activities, renewals, modifications, and terminations as needed.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Communicate contract status, risks, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
- Anticipate potential issues and proactively develop practical business solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Contract Management, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Experience negotiating and administering complex commercial contracts.

- Experience supporting enterprise technology procurement organizations.

- Professional certifications such as CPCM, CFCM, NCMA, or related procurement/contract management certifications are a plus.
