Position Description: We are seeking a senior-level Technology Services Manager (TSM) to serve as an Operations Partner supporting a critical technology product area within a large-scale, enterprise environment. This role is ideal for a seasoned IT operations leader with deep expertise in network infrastructure, service management, and operational excellence across on-premises and cloud platforms.
In this role, you will be accountable for the stability, resiliency, and availability of network-focused technology services. You will collaborate closely with engineers, architects, product teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders to ensure consistent execution of ITIL-aligned operational processes, proactive incident and problem management, and continuous service improvement.
This position supports a network-centric product within a Network and Integration product line, delivering secure and reliable connectivity to external partners and customers. Strong hands-on knowledge of enterprise networking technologies is essential for success.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary operations point of contact for an assigned product line or platform.
- Provide operational oversight for a portfolio of technology services, applications, and supporting infrastructure.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, cost-effective, and reliable IT services that meet or exceed SLAs.
- Drive adherence to enterprise operations standards and ITIL-based service management processes.
- Coordinate and lead incident, change, problem, and configuration management activities.
- Perform and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for high-severity incidents and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Proactively manage platform and infrastructure environments to improve resiliency, availability, and performance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver product enhancements on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with engineers, SMEs, vendors, and stakeholders to support design, implementation, and ongoing operations.
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership on operational status, risks, and improvement initiatives.
- Support technology planning, implementation strategies, and execution schedules.
- Apply risk management principles across all operational and delivery efforts.
- Mentor and provide secondary support to other operations managers as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 6–9 years of progressive experience in IT operations, technology services management, or infrastructure management.
- Strong experience supporting large-scale, enterprise hosting environments.
- Advanced knowledge of network and security technologies, including:
- WAN, VPN, DNS, routing, firewalls, and load balancers
- Cloud and data center network operations
- Connecting complex networks using secure integration patterns
- Proven experience managing tiered application and distributed systems in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of how infrastructure components work together to deliver secure and reliable services.
- Hands-on experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools such as ServiceNow or equivalent platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Experience supporting or collaborating with product management teams across the full product lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence technical and business decisions.
- Ability to lead initiatives independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
- ITIL certification.
- Cloud technology certifications.
- Experience with AIOps and automated operations capabilities.
- Exposure to observability patterns and monitoring strategies for proactive operations.
- Experience working in highly regulated or security-focused environments.
- Ability to work with a high level of autonomy.
- Availability to support extended work hours as needed to resolve critical incidents (approximately 25%).
- Willingness to carry a work-issued mobile device.
- Occasional travel, including overnight stays, may be required.
- Onsite presence required in an approved office location up to five days per week.
