Position Title: Information Systems Project Architect (DevSecOps Pipeline & Data Center Focus)

Position Description: Join a dynamic team supporting critical Joint Training initiatives for the Department of Defense (DoD) as an Information Systems Project Architect. In this hands-on role, you will design, architect, and optimize secure information systems, with a focus on the JS J7 Joint Training DevSecOps pipeline, core infrastructure, and data center operations.
This 100% onsite position offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact DoD programs, driving innovative data architectures and secure DevSecOps practices in a mission-critical environment. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions that enhance joint training capabilities while mentoring staff and ensuring alignment with DoD standards.
Required Skills/Education:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (one of the following): Security CE, GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC), Security Certified Network Professional (SCNP), System Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP), RHCSA, or RHCDS
- Relevant functional area certification (required prior to start date)
- Master's degree in a related field OR at least 10 years of experience in data design, strategy, and architecture (preferably in consulting or internal roles), including developing innovative solutions and mentoring teams
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting DoD major systems or programs
- Proven expertise in information systems architecture, data center operations, DevSecOps pipelines, secure infrastructure design, and DoD compliance
