Sena Kean Nursing and Rehabilitation Center – Smethport, PA
Sena Kean Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, located in Smethport, PA, is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our amazing in-house therapy team
Responsibilities:
- Provide treatment to residents and patients with temporary or long-term disabilities to relieve pain, restore function, and promote healing
- Deliver therapy in accordance with established plans of care
- Support and educate patients, families, and caregivers
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
- Complete required documentation per company, state, and federal guidelines

Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license in good standing
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Prior experience as a COTA strongly desired
- Strong interpersonal and patient-care skills
- Current knowledge of therapy practices
