This position is responsible for serving as the primary senior managerial presence for the Beverage Dept in managing all aspects of casino gaming floor Beverage Service. The position will supervise team members for safe alcohol service, protect assets, and hold them accountable for maintaining a high level of performance in delivering memorable, sincere service.

Essential Job Functions
- Managers the shift floor and service responsibilities for the beverage department.
- Focuses on bar operations and infrastructure of the Beverage Department
- Drives Team Member satisfaction with ongoing training and development
- Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate managers of concerns and observations.
- Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the company's mission and values.
- Ensure prompt and discreet notification to managers and the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- An associate's or bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of food or beverage management experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word is required.
- Familiarity with the Stratton Warren purchasing system and POS procedures on the Info-genesis platform is preferred.
- Strong acumen in managing beverage assets from inventory control, pour analysis, and pricing/purchasing specifications.
- Experience in high-volume beverage operations preferred
- Preferred experience in a casino and/or hotel environment.
- Team-oriented and must enjoy working with and assisting people.
- Able to exercise judgment on an independent basis.
- Must be articulate and possess a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Punctuality and meeting deadlines are critical.
- Typically, the casino floor, a fast-paced, guest-smoking environment, is where you perform your duties and responsibilities, constantly exposed to the public and excessive noise.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk, or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
