A Production Operator is responsible for running and monitoring manufacturing equipment, ensuring products meet quality standards, and following safety and production procedures to keep the production line operating efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Typical duties include:
- Operate coating, slurry, and slitting production equipment
- Monitor production lines to ensure consistent product quality
- Perform routine equipment inspections
- Identify and report machine or process issues
- Complete production records and documentation
- Conducts cycle cleaning of equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Assist other departments or tasks when required
Work Environment:
- Combination of manufacturing floor and lab environments.
- May require standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.
- Must adhere to all plant safety, cleanliness, and PPE requirements.

Basic Qualifications
Common requirements:
