Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bilingual Manufacturing professional located in Sidney, OH. The role includes overseeing daily manufacturing operations, coordinating production processes, and ensuring adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities also include collaborating effectively across teams for successful operations, supporting manufacturing engineering projects, and providing training to team members in a bilingual capacity. The role requires clear communication in both English and another designated language to foster teamwork and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Manufacturing, Manufacturing Operations, and Manufacturing Engineering
- Effective Communication abilities in both English and another designated language
- Experience in Training and knowledge transfer within operational teams
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in lithium-ion battery production or related fields is beneficial
