Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Front Office Customer Service Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service while supporting daily administrative and front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and process customer invoices
  • Generate and manage invoices using our inventory system (Cin7)
  • Accept and process cash and credit card payments accurately
  • Maintain organized records and provide general office support
  • Assist customers with orders, inquiries, and basic product information
  • Support basic social media tasks, including posting and responding to messages as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with invoicing or inventory systems (Cin7 experience is a plus)
  • Comfortable handling cash and credit card transactions
  • Highly organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to effectively coordinate with both sales staff and customers
  • Basic social media experience is a plus

Pay: $20.00 per hour
