Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage vendor setup emails, organize vendor setup packages, and provide general administrative support. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

The essential job functions include, but are not limited to

  • Manage vendor setup emails and reply in a timely fashion.
  • Organize and compile vendor setup packages for supervisor review.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed.
  • Update and maintain vendor information in current databases.
  • Maintain the filing system.
  • Assist in explaining administrative procedures and policies to co-workers, potential, and current vendors.

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience in a customer service environment (energy industry experience is preferred).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic, self-driven, and team-focused.
  • Takes initiative, proactive, and customer service-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluent computer skills, including all MS Office applications.

Physical Demands and Exposures

  • This position works inside a climate-controlled environment. The Company will supply adequate training and equipment to perform the functions of the job.
  • Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm.
  • Involves sitting at a desk for extended periods of time.
  • Needs high degree of concentration in a busy area.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
