Job Description
The Analyst’s primary responsibility will be to provide financial and analytical support to operations management at the corporate level and will be a key part of the operations support group. Periodic reporting on operations and finance will also be a major role. Examples of period reports include Quarterly Business Review (QBR) materials, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting, weekly & monthly financial & operational reporting, monthly P&L reporting and analysis, pricing analytics, market share reporting, etc.

Physical Demands and Exposures
Select Water Solutions requires all employees whose jobs may involve environmental compliance to understand and comply with the U.S. Environmental Protections Agency’s Clean Air Act that regulates air emissions from stationary and mobile sources. A copy of the Clean Air Act can be provided to you upon request from Human Resources.

- Collecting data from, communicating with, and reporting to employees of the organization across all levels, including C-Suite.
- Make recommendations and improve systems and reports.
- Design new projects/programs by analyzing current practices and requirements.
- Prepare workpapers and summarize findings with presentations.
- Ensure data accuracy across multiple systems and reports by tying out data.

Requirements

- 2 to 4 years of related work experience is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Physical Demands and Exposures
- This position works inside a climate-controlled environment. The Company will supply adequate training and equipment to perform the functions of the job.
- Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm.
- Involves sitting at a desk for extended periods of time.
- Needs high degree of concentration in a busy area.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
