Hiring: PLC Controls Engineer II
Location: Mason, OH (when not traveling)
Pay Range: $45 $50/hr (DOE)
Travel Requirement: ~85 90%
Schedule: Typically 8 AM 5 PM | 40 60 hrs/week

We are looking for a motivated PLC Controls Engineer II to support commissioning and testing of automated material handling systems, including high-speed sortation, scanning, and merging applications.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with PLC programming, HMI development & system commissioning
Support project schedules, scope, and deliverables
Collaborate with internal/external engineering teams
Participate in BUAT/UAT/FAT testing & post-installation support
Troubleshoot systems and support customer training
Develop QA/QC documentation and test plans
Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Engineering or related field
Up to 4 years of controls engineering/material handling experience
Exposure to Allen-Bradley PLCs and Wonderware Aveva Edge (or similar HMI platforms)
Interest or experience in post & parcel operations is a plus
