In this role, you will handle inquiries related to enrollment, benefits, billing, and claims while ensuring a seamless and positive member experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized support via phone, email, or in-person interactions
- Assist members with **enrollment, eligibility, benefits, billing, claims, and authorizations**
- Accurately document interactions and ensure proper follow-up
- Meet or exceed **quality and productivity standards**
- Handle concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset
- Collaborate with internal teams for timely issue resolution
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies
Education:**
- High School Diploma or GED required
- College coursework preferred
- 1 year of relevant experience
- Call center or administrative customer service background required
- Medicare or health insurance experience **strongly preferred**
- Strong communication (verbal & written)
- Knowledge of customer service best practices
- Proficiency in **Windows-based systems**
- Ability to handle confidential information securely
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, call center environment
- Experience with systems like **Amisys, Macess (preferred)**
- Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively
Salary : $17 - $20
