Role Overview

We are seeking a Hardware Manufacturing Technician to join our Hardware Manufacturing Team in Loveland, CO. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level manufacturing professional with strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and an interest in hands-on assembly and production.

The successful candidate will support the alignment, calibration, testing, and assembly of hardware components while following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. This position operates in a fast-paced, quality-focused, regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assembly and manufacturing tasks in accordance with established SOPs and work instructions.
• Align, calibrate, and execute test methods of varying complexity based on operational requirements and customer demand.
• Complete work orders accurately and help maintain an efficient flow of materials through production.
• Follow established procedures and maintain accurate training and production records.
• Use hand tools to perform assembly and manufacturing activities.
• Troubleshoot basic production or equipment issues and escalate more complex issues as appropriate.
• Maintain compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), GMP, and ISO requirements.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain product quality.
• Identify and communicate opportunities to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Support the training of new team members on equipment operation and work procedures as needed.
• Complete required documentation accurately and report production status.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant manufacturing, assembly, production, or technician experience.
• Strong time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with hand tools.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft applications.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and perform repetitive assembly tasks with supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Exposure to FDA, GMP, ISO, or other quality/regulatory requirements.
• Previous assembly, hardware manufacturing, production, calibration, or testing experience.
• Experience working with Lean Manufacturing principles.
