About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled CQV / Validation Engineer to support critical pharmaceutical equipment commissioning and validation activities within a regulated manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in construction-phase CQV execution, with a strong command over GMP compliance and validation lifecycle documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Work daily MRP exception messages
Manage flow of material between supplier and plant
Ensure materials are available for production
Meet the targets on days of inventory
Expedite Purchase Order with supplier
Crisis shortage provide priority to the supplier
Monthly review of vendor forecast
Review Open order report with supplier
Update in SAP purchase orders due dates
Review and adjust MRP planning parameters such as safety stock, minimum lot sizes, rounding values, pallet quantities, lead times, lot sizing procedures, etc.
Quarterly review of the replenishment strategy Kanban, ROP or MRP
Interfaces with MPS Planners and Production Scheduler

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business from an accredited institution
- Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP), ERP/SAP systems, production scheduling, and inventory management
- SAP experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving abilities
- Solid background in materials management methodologies
- Ability to think quickly, resolve problems, guide cross-functional teams, manage conflict, and drive continuous improvement
- Follow up on SAP planning order exceptions (past due, expedite, push out, cancel)
- Manage finished goods production scheduling
- Publish daily production plans
- Track production order status and resolve barriers
- Coordinate with kitting teams on material issues
- Convert planned orders to production orders in SAP as needed
- Review missing parts from release simulations and assess production readiness
- Create and manage missing parts reports and coordinate with upstream teams for estimated arrival times
- Release and organize production orders by assembly
- Monitor and ensure production schedule attainment
Salary : $28 - $30
