Your day as a Customer Service SpecialistAs a Customer Service Specialist at Insecta-X, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. In this position, you'll manage a high volume of inbound calls and emails, helping customers schedule pest control services and ensuring a smooth, efficient experience. By understanding customer needs and providing helpful service recommendations, you'll contribute to a positive overall experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys staying organized and engaged throughout the day.
Pay: $22–25/hr (weekly pay)
Schedule: M–F 8:00am–5:00pm alternating Saturdays (weekday off provided)
Requirements for this Customer Service Specialist job- Customer Service (CS) experience
- Ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Sales
- CS experience in pest control is preferred, but CS experience in a service-based industry is required
- Microsoft Outlook
