Seldin, LLC is seeking a Part Time Marketing and Graphic Design Intern to work at our Corporate office in Omaha, NE.
This position will pay up to $16.00 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.
*This is a paid part time position. Potential for full-time position as Graphic Designer upon completion of Internship.

What You Will Do
The Marketing & Graphic Design Intern is responsible for creating various marketing pieces for Seldin Company’s multifamily portfolio and assisting the Marketing Department with special projects as needed to meet the overall objectives of the department and company. They are responsible for aspects of graphic design that create engaging and creative materials that visually represent the company brand.
Skills and Requirements

Three or more years related experience and/or schooling strongly preferred using Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with social media including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Experience using an SLR camera and video editing in Premiere a plus.

Microsoft Office programs

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Ability to work both individually and in a team environment to get projects done in a timely manner

Demonstrated understanding of creative workflows and creation of commercially printed collateral

Strong design skills, high comfort level using Adobe Create Suite, specifically:
- InDesign
- Photoshop
- Lightroom
- Illustrator
Education, Licenses, or Certificates Required:
Pursuing undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, web design preferred.
