Education
- Required - One (1) year of college completed with a study emphasis in graphic design, fine arts, visual communication or a related field. If a recent graduate, must be pursuing post graduate hours.
- Required - Have and maintain a valid driver’s license Upon Hire
- Required - Pre-employment Background Check & Drug Screen Upon Hire
- Fundamental knowledge of graphic design principles (layout, typography, color theory, composition)
- Understanding of brand standards and visual identity systems.
- Familiarity with digital and print production processes.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Familiarity with social media content design.
- Basic photography and/or photo editing skills.
- Strong visual communication skills.
- Must be a self-starter.
- Ability to translate concepts and messaging into effective visual designs.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback.
