Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Graphic Design / Marketer to accelerate our online presence and engage with the passionate community of diesel performance enthusiasts. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge of the automotive industry and social media expertise to tell our brand story, showcase product performance, and drive e-commerce sales. You will be responsible for developing creative content collaborating on our social media strategy, creating engaging content, fostering community interaction, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize our reach and impact.

Key Responsibilities 

• Create show stopping content, unique graphics designs & content relative to the VSE Brand 
• Content Creation -  Develop and implement a comprehensive content calendar, creating engaging written and visual content (photos, videos, blogs) that highlights the features and benefits of VSE's products, such as the L5P Fuel System Savers and VSE Tuning Upgrades.
• Platform Management: Manage day-to-day operations across all social platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and others, ensuring brand consistency and staying current with platform trends and algorithm changes.
• Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a vibrant online community, resolve customer issues, and build brand loyalty.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns to support product launches and marketing initiatives, leveraging data to optimize strategies.
• Performance Analysis: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) using web analytics tools, providing insights to measure measurable business impact and inform future decisions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and engineering teams to ensure accurate product information and cohesive brand messaging across all channels.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience with Graphic Design and content creation, preferably within the automotive, motorsports, or performance parts industry.
• Creative, Fresh, and Unique style for media content and graphic design. 
• Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding or passion for the automotive industry bonus for diesel trucks, specifically the Duramax, Powerstroke, or Cummins platforms, and related performance upgrades (tuning, turbos, fuel systems).
• Content Skills: Excellent copywriting skills and experience with basic graphic design/video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in social media analytics and optimization strategies.
• Passion: A genuine passion for the automotive lifestyle and performance tuning community.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus 

• Ability to make graphics, edit videos and make show stopping content for all to see.
• Plan and create Youtube content to add to our existing channel on RUN.VSE on Youtube as well as our tik tock channel and IG channels.
• Ability to showcase previous artwork and content creation
