The Role
The Senior Associate will play a key role across the full deal lifecycle, with meaningful responsibility in transaction execution, portfolio management, and investment sourcing. This is a highly visible position with direct exposure to senior leadership and investment committee decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis (LBO, DCF, comps)
- Drive due diligence processes and coordinate with external advisors (legal, accounting, consultants)
- Prepare investment committee materials and present key findings
- Evaluate new investment opportunities and develop investment theses
- Monitor portfolio company performance and track key KPIs
- Partner with management teams on strategic initiatives and value creation efforts
- Support deal sourcing efforts, including market mapping and relationship development
- Mentor junior team members and manage deal execution
- 3-6 years of experience in Investment Banking (M&A / LevFin) and/or Private Equity
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skillset
- Experience across the full transaction lifecycle (diligence through close)
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree required; strong academic track record preferred
Salary : $150,000 - $175,000
